This beautifully restored main-floor and upstairs suite blends 1940s character with thoughtful modern updates and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Located in Saskatoon’s sought-after Varsity View neighbourhood, it’s an easy walk to the University of Saskatchewan, Royal University Hospital, Broadway cafés, and scenic river trails.
The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a full bathroom featuring a restored clawfoot tub. Sleeping arrangements are flexible: the primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom can be configured as two twins or one king plus one twin (see photos).
Guests also enjoy shared laundry facilities, backyard access, and free parking for one vehicle in the gravel pad behind the home.
Please note: there is an occupied basement suite in the home, accessed via a separate side entrance. There are no shared interior living spaces, and each suite is fully private. As with most 1940s character homes, some everyday household sound may travel between levels.
