It has an open living/dining/full gourmet kitchen floor plan with a bedroom with king bed, study and two bathrooms, one with shower, one with walk in jacuzzi tub. A gas fireplace beneath a 50 inch 4K HD TV adds to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance.
Alder Mews has all the conveniences of home: Gas Wolf stove and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, automatic hot water dispenser and coffee maker/toaster, dishes, pans and cooking utensils, spices, linens, washer/dryer, iron and board, hair dryer, garage space, gas barbecue, tv, (all Direct TV channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu), high speed internet, and air conditioning.

Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool in the summer, but the pool, while private, is closer to the main house than the cottage. Most often, guests will have the pool to themselves. However, it is shared when the grandchildren come to visit.

Your dog will love all the new intriguing smells and room to romp, and if he a water dog, swimming in the pond. Sorry, we cannot accommodate cats.
This is a NONSMOKING and NO PARTIES property. The property is not appropriate for children due to the proximity of the large pond. However, infants who do not walk can be accommodated and a pack and play can be provided.
