In addition, enjoy full access to your very own backyard, complete with BBQ grill, two different outdoor eating spaces and plenty of seating to soak up the California sun!
The living room boasts an oversized couch with chaise, cozy ottoman, and a versatile coffee table with a lift-up top for eating or working. Enjoy your favorite movies or TV shows on the 60-inch flat screen with surround sound. The living room can sleep two additional guests, if needed (Queen-sized air mattress available).
Adjacent to the living room is your very own kitchenette, complete with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, hot & cold filtered water, ice maker, and more. If BBQ is your thing, the backyard has a 5-burner BBQ gas grill, along with gas stove-top burner.

This exceptional residence offers both indoor and outdoor living, with an amazing private attached backyard that features a covered patio with cocktail table, a full-sized outdoor dining table with umbrella, two sun lounging chairs, and a separate covered seating area for reading.
What's even more, take pleasure in having FREE access to The Meadows community clubhouse, which features TWO resort-style infinity pools, an oversized jetted spa, plenty of cabanas & outdoor seating areas, and additional BBQ grills for parties and get-togethers. Play ping pong or billiards, or just enjoy a quiet and peaceful afternoon soaking up the sun. Inside the community center you will find private work spaces available if you need a little bit more of an "office" environment. The clubhouse is conveniently located right around the corner from the property (about a 3-minute walk). This amazing flat includes the entire first floor of a brand-new 3-story home, recently built in 2023. I live upstairs (alone) on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and I have my own separate entrance. There are no shared spaces or open areas, so you will enjoy all the privacy that you need.
