The space
Our newly renovated basement apartment is located in the heart of the Beach. You are minutes from the Beach & Boardwalk, steps from vibrant Queen street that is full of restaurant, pubs, coffee shops and markets and steps from the streetcar that goes straight downtown & literally right next to the bus stop!
This cozy apartment has an entirely separate private entrance. It is extremely clean, has modern furnishings, flush with pot lights and large light fixtures with 8 feet high ceilings. The unit also has its own heating system letting you dictate the temperature for the space during your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full-size appliances: a high-end electrical stove, fridge, microwave, and very quiet dishwasher. There is seating for four at the dining/kitchen table (which folds up to provide additional space)! Full sets of dinnerware, cutlery, and glassware are provided, and there are all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you might need.
The unit has two bedrooms and two full washrooms. One washroom has a standup shower and the other is equipped with a bathtub. The first bedroom has a comfy queen bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed.
The unit is equipped with 3.0 Gbps high-speed fibre internet, a tv, and in-suite laundry!
For those that are travelling with young children: we can provide a pack ‘n play crib and for those here for work, we are happy to accommodate your stay and provide a desk for you to work from. The smaller bedroom can also easily be converted into an office, if that is required.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire basement apartment. Enjoy total privacy throughout your stay!
