A new urban style, waterfront cottage on the beautiful Lake Grenier and is located only 1hr15mins from Montreal. This 3 story cottage with a possibility of accommodating 14 people is situated on 55,000 sq. ft. of land with 165 linear ft. of lakefront access. This sun-filled, neighbour-free location is simply breathtaking.
Three bedrooms are garden level. Two of those bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third is furnished with a single bunk bed and a double bunk bed. This level can accommodate 10 people. All rooms have large windows providing a gorgeous view of the lake and its surroundings. The garden level also houses a luxurious contemporary style bathroom, including two vanities and a large glass shower.
The dining room can be found on the ground floor and is ready to welcome 14 people around a beautiful handcrafted wood table. A functional kitchen, equipped with all high end stainless steel appliances, was designed to facilitate group cooking in a harmonious fashion. The kitchen also offers a 3' x 10' lunching counter that accommodates guests in a comfortable manner.
