This amazing cottage is located 1 block from Elk Avenue, mountain shuttle and all shops and restaurants! Walk everywhere or take the town shuttle to the mountain lifts. After all the fun, enjoy a relaxing time in our hot tub! We offer one queen bedroom and a nice, built in bunkroom with two twin beds. This is the perfect property for kids. The bath is located by the bunk room. Enjoy a south facing grassy fenced back yard, propane grill and your own private playground! Wi-fi and Smart TV in the master bedroom. Roku on living and bunkbedroom. We do not have cable tv. Dogs are welcomed for an extra fee of $100/dog, no exceptions. Please add that when requesting booking. No Off street Parking. Summary: Location location location!! So close to everything on Elk and walking/hiking - we never got in the car. The fenced in yard is great for dogs. The house is very old - but charming and clean and has everything you need.
