We recently renovated this home with tons of love in crafting the details and are proud to be able to offer it for your visit to Scottsdale. Below are some of the highlights:
- The backyard has a large covered patio with an outdoor kitchen (with grill, sink & griddle), dining table with seating for 8, a firepit area, outdoor lounge seating area, outdoor shower, ladder ball and cornhole.
- The swim machine in the heated pool provides the ability to swim or exercise in place against a smooth, adjustable speed current. It also creates a lazy river float for the provided inflatables.
- Pool is sanitized with Clear Comfort's "Advanced Oxidation Process" (AOP) system to avoid the chlorine and chemicals most pools use..
- Backyard mist and fog system can cool the air 15 to 30 degrees depending on the wind and humidity.
- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishware, silverware, spices etc. Small appliances include a coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave and food processor.
- Whole house water filtration & softening system (no hard water!).
- 85" flat screen TV in Living Room + TVs in each bedroom.
- Sonos surround sound and speakers throughout all common areas (connected to living room TV and plays music through the provided ipad).
- High speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the house.
- The two queen bedrooms each have an office desk.
- Indoor bar set up for entertaining.
- 4 bedrooms total; 3 in the main house (2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and primary bedroom has a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa). The detached guest house has a queen size bedroom. See "rooms and spaces" for details.
- 3 full bathrooms; 1 is ensuite to the king bedroom, the 2nd is across from the 2 queen bedrooms and the 3rd is inside the detached guest house. See "rooms and spaces" for details.
- The casita includes a 3 person full spectrum sauna, queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, TV and fan. The casita can also be set up as an office in lieu of bedroom upon request.
- Each bathroom has a bidet toilet topper with optional heated seat.
