Newly built small, fully furnished cottage (one bedroom plus full kitchen, living room, large bathroom) on a 1.75 acres. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a young child. No extra charge for child. Guests have access to garden with fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables if in season and 25 yd lap pool. Pool is solar heated (warm April through September) and is covered when not in use. No charge for children under 5.
The house is located on the bike path; 5 miles to UC Davis; 15 miles to the Beryessa National Monument.

Summary: Discovering this oasis in the desert was like discovering the long lost Garden of Eden except you can actually eat all the fruit! The yard is a lush beautiful expanse immaculately gardened. And the house is luxurious. Pam and Raoul were fabulous hosts and we will be coming back.
