This amazing property features 2 cozy bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed each, plus a queen pull out couch in the living area, Perfect for a small 4 guests. Enjoy the convenience of AC, WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen during your stay with full dining room and coffee bar. Living room can be closed off for watching the 44" Roku enabled TV. Second bedroom also has a smart TV. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Sit on the front covered porch and watch the action on Golf Course rd. or relax on the back deck with dining seating and BBQ grill for more privacy. Beach chairs and out door games are next to the Washer Dryer near the back private entrance. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place with so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the commercial pier. Shopping is all within 5 minutes with more restaurants to choose from. Drive to the inlet for a wide beach & boardwalk in 7 minutes or head to Assateague State & National parks for a more natural beach day within 15 minutes. Photo parking map will be given with check in instructions; 2 cars max or one car and a 35' max boat trailer.
Please do not use the exterior water hook up to wash cars or boats. Leisure time is limited to the front and back porch areas only. We lease the back of the property to Sello’s management employees for 5 parking spots, so there will be some parking activity when they arrive mid afternoon and late evening.
The unit has newly installed water softener system that we monitor because the water in that area tends to have a lot of iron, periodically, even with the system, they neighborhood can all smell some sulphur, like after a night rain or higher than normal tide. Please know we are doing the best we can possibly do about this issue and sometimes it’s just not in our control.
