We are a very short distance (approximately 6-7 blocks) from beaches, restaurants, bars, and Arnolds Park amusement park. We are located across from a nature reserve, a block from the water (West Lake) and seconds from an amazing bike trail, not to mention 6 blocks from shopping at the Emporium, dining at area restaurants while enjoying the activities on the water. We are 2 blocks from Emerald Hills Golf Course! You are sure to enjoy the lakes area no matter your interest whether it is you and friends or family. Come enjoy the Great Lakes of Iowa in Okoboji!

Summary: Mostly clean. Upstairs is very nice. Downstairs has obvious moisture issues. Downstairs rooms are small with limited storage. Good for kids or young adults.
