The property has an in ground pool (seasonal), beach, fishing pier, dock and outside areas with eac have outside area, with BBQ, table, & chairs. The Veranda has Amazing views from a wall of windows with full view of Clear Lake, mountains, sunset, sunrise, and Mount Konocti (which is a volcano). The living room has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, cable, DVD player, trundle bed couch witch turns into two twins. Full walk in kitchen, full size appliances, pots, pans, eating utensils, table, and chairs. Front bedroom has canopy queen bed and back bedroom has queen bed. The Veranda has a balcony and side yard with the same amazing views, BBQ, table, & chairs. The Veranda is the top floor of a two story house. If family or friends want to come there is the Cabana down stairs and a the Cottage is a single house on the same property. Relax by the fireplace and read a book or just enjoy the view, go fishing, swimming off the beach or relax by the pool, BBQ, boating, fishing, wine tasting, casino, hiking, or lots of other things to do on and off the property. You can also (just a few blocks away) visit Blue Fish Cove Resort and play ping pong, a game of pool, arcade games, play horseshoes, or use the practice basketball court. Summary: 1. When we arrived there were as many as 50 people partying at the unit. Owner had trouble getting them to leave and could not clean that day. We had to find another place to stay on our own dime that first night. 2. Upon check in the next day, there was a terrible odor (smelled like a dead body). Turned out to be the dishwasher and garbage disposal/kitchen sink which continued to leak smelly water into kitchen floor while we were there. Could not use kitchen sink at all. Spent second night elsewhere on our dime. 3. Lots of dead bugs everywhere. Kitchen sink and window shelf full of dead bugs. 4. Views were beautifull. Just as pictures show. Veranda nice. 5. Owner tried her best to help us get the smell out and duct taped dishwasher/sink to block horrible smell. But water continued to leak into floor. 6. Owner supplied extra wood and kindling so we could enjoy fireplace. Nice. 7. We paid for three nights but only spent one night there. Bed was not comfortable and husband complained of back pain.
