Recently remodeled 1941 motel with an eye towards design and modern amenities throughout, enjoy a full kitchen, new appliances, queen bed, walk inn rain shower, and smart TV with fast internet for streaming.
Boeger winery is just a 2 minute drive or keep going towards Apple Hill and visit the many farms and tasting rooms.
The Harper Inn was originally a 3-room motel and 1 separate cottage built in 1940. All rooms have full kitchens and separate bedrooms from the main living room.
There is a wrap around porch on the building and guests can enjoy the fresh air in both the front and back areas.
Guests can check themselves in and out with 4 digit code on keypad located on the front door. We are available 24/7 by Airbnb messenger or phone if emergency.
This is a mixed use area with both homes and businesses. Easy access to freeway, close to coffee shops, grocery stores, casual and fast food restaurants. 50+ wineries, breweries and tasting rooms are within 10 minute drive. Sierra at Tahoe skiing is 50 minutes or keep going to South Lake Tahoe in just over an hour.
Best way to arrive is by car, public transportation is sparse with irregular routes. Bike path is easy to find just a couple minutes ride to downtown or 20+ miles of bike paths.
We ask you be respectful to the neighbors, we all know each other within the little neighborhood, there is a mix of families with varying ages of kids and adults.
Quiet Hours 9pm- 8am
(some units have shared walls, please respect the neighbors.)
Pets are allowed but please be mindful and make sure you agree to our pet rules before requesting to book:
-No pets on beds or ANY furniture.
-No pets allowed to wander off leash AT ALL because they excite neighborhood dogs and we are near a main road (plus guests yelling for their pets to return).
-And obviously but not always followed, pick up after your pets.
-No pets left unattended at house.
