Newly listed at Christmas, this stylish sunset villa is perfect for group trips. 2200 sq ft of beautifully decorated contemporary style home, this split level ranch house that features a Whirlpool Jacuzzi at master bathroom, and a sunken Hot tub in the newly remodeled deck with a spectacular view. Watch a stunning sunset and wildlife grazing down from the deck right from the Hot Tub. Propane Firepits and Barbeque grills as well (propane tanks complimentary). 2 Min drive to Oakhurst City center.
- Only 2 crate-trained pets less than 50 lbs allowed. Pet Fee will be charged separately at $120 per pet per reservation. Any violation to the pet rules will cause security deposit to be withheld.
- $100 Hot Tub fee will be withheld from Security Deposit, unless Hot tub is returned back cleaned. Please set the Hot tub to Economy Mode during checkout.
- Quiet Hours start at 10 PM. Sound travels very far quickly in this forest area. $300 Penalty will be charged from Security Deposit if we receive any alert during Quiet Hours. Please enjoy the deck and night view peacefully after 10 PM.
Check In: Anytime after 4 PM, non-negotiable, we run pre-rental checks at 3 PM, please understand this is for guests only.
Check out: 11 AM (Strictly; $100 charge for every half an hour delay, 25% of coupon for every early checkout, please honor cleaners schedule, please follow checkout instructions mailed)
Please keep the front and back entrance closed at all times. We live in the mountains and have bugs, insects, and animals around. Please carry a Bug spray for your own safety.
Food should not be left in the cars or outdoor spaces. Please do not feed any wildlife. If you see a bear during your stay on the property, please stay inside.
The hot tub and all amenities are for your entertainment, however, the hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from using this amenities. Guests are to use their best judgement when using the amenities.
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, during fire season.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control such as closure of the Yosemite National park.
This is a strictly Non-Smoking / Vaping property. Additionally, please do not use/ bring illegal drugs on the property. Violation of this rule will lead to forfeiting of the security deposit and will be charged additional cleaning fee and any additional damages.
The property is not child proof and the hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay.
