4. There is short but steep downward slope from the house to the lake shore.
5. There is NO pier access at this home. Boaters must provide their own mooring lines. Tahoe Getaways cannot provide watercraft of any kind; guests must provide their own means of transport to the buoy.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
7. The home next door is currently under construction (Summer/Fall 2024). Some noise and nuisance are possible.

Summary: Nice home. I would however suggest letting renters know the location of the garage door opener. We were not able to open the door initially and had to call the management company. They didn't know that there was a remote control and we eventually stumbled upon the remote. Also, the deck furniture is in need of refurbishing. The drain opener in the lower bathroom did not operate.
