With a private pool, a throwback arcade game and adorable vintage touches, you’ll be able to treat your family to the kind of Florida vacation you grew up taking. The house has all the modern amenities you need like fast wi-fi, streaming TV, a fully stocked kitchen, AC & laundry, but draped in vintage beach charm.
The space
After a complete remodel, our beach cottage boasts an open floorplan, comfortable ship-lapped living room with 65" Smart TV, full kitchen with brand new quartz counters, 2 private en-suite, full bathrooms and a bunk room that kids will go nuts over.
Your kids will have their own space they won't want to leave. With a Roku connected TV, bunk beds, a Big Joe beanbag chair and a retro Simpsons arcade game.
All beds have high end memory foam mattresses, luxury cotton linens and both soft and firm pillows to ensure a good nights sleep. The well appointed kitchen features an electric range, side by side refrigerator and dishwasher. We also have you covered for your morning coffee with both a drip coffee pot and a k-cup machine. Don't worry, coffee, sugar and creamer are provided as well as tea bags for those tea drinkers in the family. Blend up a pina colada in the blender and sit out on the swing out back. After the beach, come back and take a dip in the private pool, surrounded by an 8' privacy fence.
With wood-look tile throughout and thoughtful furniture choices, this house is perfect for families. We welcome your family to come vacation the same way we did growing up in one of the best unspoiled towns in Flordida. Laguna Beach is packed with vintage Florida charm with it's unspoiled beaches and mom & pop institutions, we are sure you'll come back year after year.

Due to the fact that we have a pool present on property, we ask guests to consider if this is the appropriate home for them. We have a door alarm present on the back door that leads out to the pool.
