Welcome to beautiful Gabriola Island! This super funky cottage couldn't be any closer to the best beaches on the island. Just walk out your door and you have two white sandy beaches to choose from. Launch your kayak or paddle board right from the beach or toss a ball around next door at picturesque Gabriola Sands Provincial Park. An ideal place for a picnic and a swim. Enjoy ocean views from inside the cottage or on the front deck. Great for families and friends!
The entrance to this 2nd floor suite is located at the top of an outside set up of approx 10 stairs. Upon entering, you will find yourself in the spacious kitchen that has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The bright and chic living room boasts a view of the beach and ocean, two couches (1 double sofa bed, 1 futon bed) dining table, Samsung Smart TV. A sliding glass door takes you out on to the front porch where you will find seating around a fire table. The bbq is off to side near the kitchen.
The master bedroom also boasts a view of the ocean and the grassy lawn. A queen size bed, small desk with charging station and a large closet. The heat pump is in the bedroom and when the door is left open, can heat the entire cottage. Down the hall. you will find the bathroom with tub and shower, linen closet and 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed.Please note -during the summer months the provincial park and beaches next door can get quite busy and you may be able to hear traffic noise.
