This is one of just a few four bedroom units at the resort and sleeps 11 comfortably. Being on the top floor, it has vaulted ceilings and great views of East Okoboji. In contrast to the cabins that are behind the resort, the condos are lakefront and very close to all the resort amenities. Everything is new with contemporary design and furnishings throughout. The rental includes 6 daily waterpark passes at Bridges Bay indoor/outdoor waterpark (when open) with additional passes available for purchase at a discounted rate. The Master bedroom and living room open up to a 250 sq. ft. balcony which overlooks the lake. The unit is in the new building that is right next to (closest building to) the multiple on-site restaurants, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, and a large dock system for swimming, fishing, and boating. The condo is equipped with everything needed for your stay. Wifi, smart TV, and Netflix in condo. The property has a RING Doorbell and Camera that allows for contactless check-in and check-out, an easy way to remotely connect with property manager if questions arise; it is on the entry door to the unit and faces the hall outside the unit. The patio has several lounge chairs, a fire pit, and a grill with great views of East Lake Okoboji. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, zipline, fitness center, newly renovated arcade, Rainbow playground system, and basketball court. It is close to the great biking and running trails throughout Okoboji. This new building also has ample parking. The condo has a work station with excellent Wifi throughout making it the perfect place to work from home, if needed. Also, a great place for a Fall or Winter weekend getaway with friends.
