Dining table seats four and provides direct access to your patio, with gas grill, Firepit (wood not included) outdoor table and six chairs. Living room offers sofa, chair, TV with wireless internet for streaming. Master bedroom presents a king size bed with bathroom across the hall with shower/tub combo, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished.
The upstairs loft offers a queen bed and full-size bed with TV with wireless Internet for streaming, extra blankets are in the closet. Washer and dryer with detergent pods are located in the hallway closet for your stay if needed. With your booking you secure six daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool, more passes can be purchased at the waterpark if needed.

Reminder this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. You will find boat parking across the street from the basketball courts.

A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
