The house is located on a very nice street featuring a number of stately homes. The house is only a short 15 minute walk to the main street in Niagara-on-the-Lake (Queen Street). There are parks nearby with the closest winery in town about a 5 minute drive away.
The Homestead is ideally suited for welcoming a large gathering of family or friends. The home features a lovely living space on the main floor with plenty of room to accommodate fun get togethers.
Outside, there is a wrap around front porch and a large backyard for entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and cookware.
The house also features a large living room with gas fireplace, large screen HDTV and surround sound stereo system.
