Summary: The amenities such as shampoo and body wash was not filled and appears shampoo was filled with dishwashing liquid. The sheets had stains on it. Smoke detector going off middle of night . Advertised 24 hr staff. Called and no one answered with phone just ringing. Went to office to ring bell and was standing there for 10 minutes with staff outside taking smoke break. Check out was horrible as it looked as though they were napping at 10:30 am
