Summary: We stayed at SureStay for 2 nights. I will say right off the bat that the gentleman who was working at the front desk the night we checked in and the morning that we checked out was very friendly and respectful. He gets 5/5 stars. As for the room itself, we were a little disappointed in the price for the value of what we got. The bed was average but not extra cozy, the pillows were clumpy and not very supportive and there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room at all. The room was a decent size for 2 people but any more and it would have been horribly cramped. We were on the second floor and certain areas of our floor creaked, so I felt really bad if there were people in the room below us because it was really bad right in front of our sink/bathroom area so if we were brushing our teeth or needing to walk to the bathroom it would make a lot of noise. The hotel is located in a very convenient area (Trader Joe's is a 2 minute walk down the road and lots of restaurants around too).
