Summary: The first room they put me in had bed bugs. I was eaten alive and got less than two hours sleep. I had purchased a package deal and didn’t have funds to switch hotels entirely. The staff was helpful in switching rooms and accommodating my requests for fresh sheets to lay over the top of the bed to minimize the possibility of further contact with bed bugs. I did not experience any further bites for the next two nights. I was able to sleep but not well. Were it not for the bed bugs, I would say that the hotel appeared clean but worn and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I won’t stay there again. Not ever. I was not offered any sort of partial refund for the discomfort and inconvenience. I cannot recommend this hotel.
