Great location for walking! 2 minute walk to the main street "Newport Ave" with all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Also a 2 minute walk to the famous Ocean Beach Pier, the longest concrete pier on the west coast and tide pools both under the pier and along famous Sunset Cliffs.
This is the best part of the beach for swimming, boogie boarding and surfing as well as exploring the tide pools! Perfect spot to relax on the beach, read a book, people watch or play in the sand. Enjoy a bonfire on the beach in the evenings and watch the sunset as you roast marshmallows over the fire.
Completely remodeled in an upscale beach theme watch the sunsets and waves crash from the unobstructed views in the living room, dining room and kitchen. When you walk in the front door you will be amazed and welcomed with Big Views and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. There is an awesome rooftop deck with BIG Views of the ocean, local hills and north towards La Jolla, you can even enjoy the SeaWorld fireworks from the deck. Sit back relax and enjoy the breezes.
This is our most popular unit. The living room, dining room, front balcony and kitchen all look out to the ocean, the pier and amazing sunsets. Open floor plan with wide planked wood floors decorated in a classic upscale beach style. The kitchen features recycled glass counter tops, gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has seating for 6 plus the kitchen bar with bar stools.
Nice sized living room with vaulted ceilings, lots of windows for a great sea breeze, a gas fireplace a wall mounted flat screen tv and plenty of seating. There is a sofa bed in the living that can sleep 2. Large master bedroom with views of the ocean is tastefully decorated and features a comfy king sized bed and plenty of natural light. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed and some nice area views north. The upstairs has a comfy queen sized bed.
This unit has a private gas grill on the front balcony, a washer and dryer, a dvd player, surround sound in the living room, full cable TV, WIFI, boogie boards, beach chairs, 8 beach towels and umbrella and sand toys for your use. This unit comes with a tandem parking space for 2 cars off street parking
