Summary: Overall, we had a terrific time at the house. There are a few things that really need addressing before you would reach an excellent rating. The outside of the building facing the lake is in a terrible state, it needs a complete freshening up including repairs to the deck surface. A proper and safer way to access the beach would also be very welcome. We were unable to light the gas BBQ, we could smell the gas but it would not ignite. The striker mechanism did not work at all. Inside, the shower in the master bathroom could not be turned on, just the tub. The controls on the gas stove in the kitchen were difficult to use and very imprecise. The oven took a long time to heat up. You have a terrific place there but it needs to have some updating and some cosmetic work done before I would consider renting again. Thanks for the opportunity to provide my comments.
