Beautiful recently updated beachfront home on the peaceful end of Bolivar. Completely unobstructed beach views from our wrap around brand new deck as of 2026. This is our family owned property so it’s got everything we love for a perfect beach vacation. Kitchen is well stocked since we love cooking while we stay at the beach. If you absolutely need to have purified water like me, you will love our reverse osmosis filtration system. No need to lug that heavy bottled water up the stairs! Kitchen also includes a crockpot, blender and pancake griddle. Big screen TVs in all rooms. Two King beds and room with Queen over Queen bunk beds. New mattresses, new furniture and new appliances for the perfect beach getaway with family or friends. We’ve got everything you need for little ones too! There are 3 bedrooms- 2 are downstairs and 1 is upstairs. The two downstairs bedrooms have full baths and upstairs has a half bath.

Bedroom 2: Queen over Queen bunk bed, full bath, items for kids like high chair and travel crib are in this closet.
Bedroom 3: upstairs, King bed, half bath, technically doesn’t have a door at the top of the stairs but it’s not a loft either so it’s still very private. Also has a private balcony from this bedroom that has a newly added cover to provide shade just when you need it.
