Location, location location!!! The boardwalk to the beach is about a minute walk. There is no busy intersection to cross to get to the water. This cottage is a short walk to popular restaurants such as the Sugar Shack, Agave Bar and Grill, Sundae Cafe and the Back River Brewery (live entertainment available many evenings). There are also surfing shops, convience stores and ATMs within walking distance. Built in 1920, this cottage is one story. Unloading belongings is a cinch with only three steps to get in the front door. This spacious 1800 square feet home exudes charm. The family room is uncrowded and can comfortably accommodate more than 10 people. Cable and wifi is included. There are 3 full size bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a master bathroom attached.
