Summary: This lovely three-story house on The Sea Ranch, CA is a wonderful place to stay, especially during the summer when August temperatures are in the low 70’s. The spacious home has two bedroom suites, one on the main floor and the other on the 2nd floor, and a 3rd floor bedroom if needed. It was a treat to sit in the living room at anytime of day and look at nature through the several large windows (which have high quality and easy to use slatted shades.) There are nearby homes, but no structures impede the acres of living room view across a large meadow to a forest of majestic redwoods. Hiking trails abound in the immediate area and deer grazed placidly a few feet from the windows, seemingly unaware they were being observed by my wife and me.The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and all manner of pots, pans, utensils and glassware and there were numerous puzzles to work as well as a library with a variety of books to read.We can’t think of a more perfect place to spend a summer month and hope we're able to do so again.
