CUTE, COMFORTABLE & ROOMY Our 3 bedroom/ 3 bath cottage has a King bed in the upstairs master, a queen bed in the downstairs guest bedroom and two bunks - 1 w/ full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. The second set of bunks is a twin/twin. We also have a queen sleeper sofa for additional guest. We have plenty of storage space so you won't feel cramped...we regularly visit our cottage, so we want it to be nice for ourselves too. FULL KITCHEN equipped with all you need for at home dining...including a blender for smoothies or other icy treats. So plan to cook up your daily catch or pick up some fresh seafood at the market. The grocery store is minutes away.
WASHER & DRYER in the unit, save your coins for the wishing well!
WALKING TRAIL just in front of our gated community. You can't help but to WANT to go for long walks on the lovely palm tree-lined path.
VALUE: While we're not beachfront, our cottage is the next best thing because we are just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and we are in a superb beach community and offer extra perks while saving you $1000 or more what the beachfronts would charge.
This is the ideal place to pile on great beach memories!
Besides the fantastic beach at MIramar Beach (we provide beach service set up in season!)...
Enjoy water sports such as taking surf lessons or paddle boarding at on of the many beach service companies. The guys there are super friendly!
Plan a day for deep sea fishing, golf or head to Bass Pro Shop - it's like Christmas for the outdoorsman.
Go shopping at the Shoppes at Paradise Key and Destin Commons, which are about 2 mile away from the community. Silver Sands Outlet shopping is a short drive away.
Go to popular eating spots such as The Crab Trap, Beach Walk Cafe, and Camille's Sidewalk Cafe.
