The space
1700 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen with counter dining for 4, full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker (complimentary coffee & tea provided). Open living room has tons of comfortable seating, wood burning stove (winter use onlyd with a complimentary amount of wood provided), board games, smart tv with Hulu Live streaming television included and ability to watch Netflix or Amazon from your account.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
1st BR Master Suite (Sleeps 2): 1 king bed, TV with cable & WiFi, and attached bathroom
2nd BR Room (Sleeps 2): 1 queen bed
3rd BR Room (Sleeps 3) : 1 twin-over-full bunk bed. Toys and kid gear.
Additional (Sleeps 1): 1 twin fold-away cot
Outside: 1.5 acre property allows for total privacy. Currently property is not fenced - do not allow children outside unattended. Driveway is able to accommodate RVs up to 30’ ; however there is no dumping and no hookups.
Other things to note:
Lazy Dog Ridge home is on a septic system, so guests must be very careful about what goes down the drain. We provide septic safe toiletries, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies for our guests convenience. Water is treated well water, which has a high mineral content. Although it is safe for general use, most guests prefer to use the bottled system for drinking and cooking.
The exterior is protected by video surveillance for the security of our home & guests.
We are a Non-smoking establishment. Absolutely NO Smoking and NO Smokers! That means no smoking in the house, or anywhere on the property, and no staying at our house if any guest smokes. No open fires, & fireworks are illegal.
