Summary: There was only one robe in the cabin when we arrived but that was easily fixed by the front desk. The next day however they never cleaned the room which was unfortunate. Later that afternoon our cabin ran out of hot water prior to us getting ready for New Year’s Eve and they were unable to fix it. They did offer us a different cabin to use.
