Positive: Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of stellar from beginning to end. From the very first moment, the welcome was exceptional—right at the cable car station, where our luggage was taken care of seamlessly. The reception team was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Martina: kind, smiling, and truly professional, she made us feel immediately at home. The SPA is simply breathtaking, with a stunning mountain view that creates a deeply relaxing atmosphere. The massage by Kiara was absolutely incredible—one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The cuisine deserves the highest praise: both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We enjoyed delicious local specialties such as cheeses, cured meats, and polenta, alongside international options like avocado toast at breakfast. Everything was curated to perfection. The service was impeccable, delivered by a wonderful international team. Our room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for—perfect for a truly restful stay. And finally, the cherry on top: Adam. Impeccable, professional, and always available to handle any request with ease and care. Without him leading the place, it simply wouldn’t be the same. His energy is contagious, and he made our stay—together with my mother and my 5-month-old daughter—absolutely outstanding. We will definitely be back!
