Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: Upon arrival the valet team was quite rude. Demanded that I valet; no option to self park. The attitude was pretentious with a sense of entitlement. This is three star hotel; not a resort. Valet is not mentioned in the hotel advertisements. I parked on the street. When we left there were at least six cars plugging up the entire driveway as a result of the unnecessary valet. This is an emergency egress issue and would be shut down by the fire department. I will not be returning to this hotel as a result. I recommend the hotel terminate the valet immediately.
