Summary: Called the hotel multiple times (5-6) to inquire about a few things started calling around 9am-11am no one picked up the call not once. At the time of check in was charged a deposit fee, there was no iron in the room had to ask for one twice, and turn it in at check out otherwise they would have charged me for it. There were not enough towels in our room and the pillows were poor quality very uncomfortable.
