Summary: Cute little 3 bedroom/1 bath house in Guthrie, OK. Can walk to town in 10 to 15 minutes. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Host does a really good job of providing some drinks and necessities (toothpaste, shampoo, face wipes) in bath. Only improvement could be better cleaning. House was dusty and there are many cats on property. I believe the cats are sometimes let in home, so that was an issue for 2 of my family members with allergies. I have stayed here twice with no other problems.
