Fast and easy access to LRT Tuscany station, University, Cochorain, airport and highways to western national Parks. Two large bedrooms all have a comfortable solid wood queen bed. Full bathroom with walk in shower, centre heating system, and radiant heaters in each bedrooms and living area for extra warm during those cold days.
A few minute walk to CO-OP grocery store and gas station. The home is also located minutes driving from Royal Oak Centre and Crowfoot Crossing centre with access to many stores, coffee shops, Banks and restaurants, movie theatre and gas station.
