Summary: I would have rated this with all 5 stars, but I need to be honest with this review. The home was centrally located between San Francisco and Sacramento. The accommodations were lovely and the place was overall clean upon arrival. The only issues we experienced was the pool was slightly green on the surface with debris/bugs floating on the water. i noticed the pool pump was not running. I contacted the owner and they replied almost immediately with instructions on how to turn on the pool pump. The garbage was completely full from the previous tenant. The owners realized this, and reached out to us to wheel down the garbage can for a Monday morning trash pickup. That’s was not a problem. The only other issue we had was in the master bedroom. There were crumbs in the bedding and under the covers. We had to strip and wash the bedding. I would recommend extra towel hooks or racks in the bathroom to hang dry towels. There was a hot tub that was not included in the amenities that world have been nice to enjoy on our stay. We respected the owners request as they showed us not to use the hot tub because it is no longer included in the amenities. The welcome book and instructions to the home include directions on using the hot tub. That was a slight disappointment. Overall, we know what to expect and would consider renting this home again in the future.
