With four spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and room for 10 guests, this cottage is the ideal choice for families and groups.
The upstairs main living area features a 75" HDTV, a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a dining area perfect for family meals. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from Adirondack and rocking chairs on the upper balcony. The master suite includes a king-size bed, 65" HDTV, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The lower level has a large foyer leading to three additional bedrooms (King bedroom, Queen bedrom and a full bed with triple Twin bunk bed) and a laundry room.
Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated two-car driveway and additional nearby "paid" community parking. Less than a mile from several dining options, including Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's and Captain Dave's on the Gulf.
