Waterfront duet home, at Drifter's Marina, is one of the few legal properties capable of being a daily/weekly vacation rental on the lake. The Main level has open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a large deck over looking the lake. The deck is shaded and perfect for BBQ's or having cocktails. The Upper level has a spacious Master Bedroom with a balcony and gorgeous Master Bath with jetted tub, separate shower, & walk in closet. 2 additional bedrooms, plus a loft with a sleeper sofa, and a large full bath that is separated for many people to enjoy at once with privacy! There's a laundry room with washer/dryer in the event you need to do laundry. Kid friendly as we supply board games, puzzles, DVD's, & sleds for the winter. 2 Car Garage (only 1 space in the garage currently) and driveway provide the space for your boat and vehicles. Walk to Drifter's Restaurant & Marina, but know you're far enough away for peace & quiet. Enjoy the best of Lake Tulloch!!
