Surrounded by five acres of Madrona and Fir trees, the southwest facing home captures stunning year round sunsets. The dining room has its own private deck with a beautiful, concrete outdoor table and seating. The gas BBQ is located off of this deck for grilling.
The living room has its own private deck with an outdoor fireplace and Adirondack seating. This space gives Happy Hour a whole new level.

Set at the end of the road with a private driveway, Hook’s Nest offers exceptional privacy while remaining just minutes from the ferry. The natural setting blends beautifully with the home’s sustainable Craftsman design. Though we have 400ft of waterfront, there is no beach or direct access to the water. Our shoreline is a rocky, mid-height bluff looking out to the Wasp Passage and Crane Island. There are fun trails through the madrona tree forest with seating along the way.
