Executive luxury home located in South Reno, NV near Renown Medical, Carson Tahoe, and 35 minutes to Tahoe/Truckee medical - which is in California. Minutes from shopping, Reno airport and Lake Tahoe! Our home is 7,988 sqft with dramatic views from every window! You'll see horses, cows, ducks and geese. Fully furnished with private bedroom and bathroom (with heated floors). *We also have a separate 1bd/1ba in law unit for rent attached to the home with its own entrance and full kitchen. The main home has a gym, bar, commercial size steam room that seats 6, movie theatre, game room and hot tub. The upstairs Jr master has a fireplace and private balcony as well! My husband and I live in the home, but travel often. When we are here, I love to cook so you will always have gourmet dinner included! Each room has it's own microwave, TV and mini refrigerator as well. We are a non smoking property and prefer no pets.
$2250 for the in law unit - includes utilities. The private rooms in main home are $1,850. 30 day minimum stay. **Will also consider renting entire home to travel nurse groups, executives, or medical professionals with family, and in fact would prefer to....** (Since my husband and I are seldom there anyway.)
