Summary: Slow service, TV out of order, no face cloth and nothing much done to resolve issues. Drapes falling off the rod, poor window conditions made it as if I was in slum city.

Summary: Property was spacious and met all of our needs. You can not expect perfection though and as some of the other reviews mention it’s cheaply put together. We had water coming out of the door from the shower where it didn’t seal properly. You could see things duct taped and glued. Housekeeping is excellent though and do a great job cleaning the rooms. Also the heat was Sahara desert at all times and the tv wasn’t working properly. If you want space this is the place, if you want perfection it is not.

Summary: Nice rooms however needs a bit of TLC as some amenities are dated and need some repairs. Rooms are big and lots of space.

Summary: Very comfortable bed, lots of space and very good staff but needs some money spent on it. The smoke alarm and safe didn’t work. The microwave had to be replaced and the oven had no shelves. Rudimentary kitchen equipment. All fixable for not much effort or outlay and would turn a good experience into a great one.

Summary: The rooms--I booked 2 rooms; one for my wife and me, the other for our daughter and son-in-law--were HUGE, clean, and hypoallergenic. The location--on Saint-Denis--is right at the center of the Latin Quarter. Just walking through the neighborhood was a joy, and we were able to walk to areas of interest, from Chinatown to the Old City, within 20 minutes.

Summary: The room was second to none for a great price. The guy who checked me in was accommodating & I want to come here again on my next trip to Montréal. Use a credit card or you will have to get them to refund the deposit manually. I checked out at 4 a.m. & the lady said I would receive my deposit back automatically. The guy who checked me in said otherwise. I had a flight to catch & didn't have time to talk the night lady through it. Still a 10/10 experience, I will be back.

Summary: The rooms are huge and very nice. They are also super clean. The place is quiet and private. However we were checked into a room with a non-functioning shower. While they did resolve it 24 hours later and moved us into another room, it required us to consistently be proactive in resolving the issue (connecting with the reception staff multiple times, and it never seemed like they knew what to do, until we reached the right person). Also, the elevator almost trapped us. Overall we loved our stay here and would come back since the one issue we had was resolved and it didn't inconvenience us much.
