Summary: Not all La Quintas are the same. Stayed in a nice one in Lodi CA so I booked this one in Philadelphia. No comparison. This one was very run down. Pot holes in the parking lot, broken sink in the lobby, elevator floor was all torn up, carpet stains everywhere, filthy walls, room floor was dirty, shower had a gaping hole from a broken shelf, visible rust and mold on shower door, no soap, questionable bedding, super loud rattling noise from the air conditioner -but it did keep the room cool so that was a plus- and breakfast was minimal. Not all was bad though. There was free on site parking.
