Our charming studio cottage has unique privacy and its own street entrance. It is located on the perimeter grounds of a vintage house built in 1884. Originally a mechanics garage built in the 1930’s, this 400 sq ft free-standing building was completely renovated in 2012.
You’ll discover interior cleanliness, bamboo floors in the spacious main room, an entry lobby private enough to double as a dressing room, a tiled shower, and a cozy kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge/freezer, convection oven, hotplate, electric kettle, electric frying pan, and more). The mini-split HVAC keeps the space at a comfortable temperature throughout the year. There is Wi-Fi for your connection convenience. And a Samsung Smart TV with a Netflix subscription for your enjoyment.
Lhasa House is perfect for a single or a couple. Guests report the bed is comfortable. Sheets are white 500+ thread count soft cotton. Towels are thick and plentiful (3 per person).
There is ample, safe curbside parking right in front of the front garden gate. And a private driveway space is available for your use, about 100yards away.
