Positive: A really nice and very clean hotel in Old Quebec. Sights such as Place Royale or Chateau Frontenac are in walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. Although there are a few points of criticism, I can still highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again anytime.

Negative: No "complete" bathroom. The sink and mirror were directly in the room. There is not enough storage space for toiletries. But it's okay for a few days. Toilet and shower were clean, which is definitely more important. The breakfast rooms can be a little bit cold in Winter, especially if the front door and back door are opened by guests, suppliers or laundry service. The selection at the breakfast buffet could also be better. A kettle in the room would be a big plus, especially in the cold winter season.

Summary: Very nice and recommendable hotel, but with a few points of criticism
