Summary: The toilet paper is one ply in a hotel that is nice? Even motels have 2 ply. The internet is only free if you sign up for Hilton honours and book another stay? My door was knocked on at 9 am for cleaning? No directions for ordering room service other than something hidden under do not disturb card. The room itself was very nice the bed comfortable. But when I spend money on a suite I expect a better all round experience.
