You will feel completely at home with all the amenities offered in this elegantly appointed, sparkling clean, and well-stocked condo. A 12 x 32 ft covered boat slip is included with rental! In addition, you will truly have the best view of the lake; you can see for miles the unobstructed views from two sets of sliders in the living room/kitchen area, additional slider off master bedroom and large wrap around balcony. Our condo is unique in that we are located in the only stand-alone building giving you more space and privacy.

• No trailer storage or boat ramp available on premises but several options close by that we will provide to you
Please Note: Not complying to association or owner rules may lead to eviction, loss of rental fees, and forfeiture of deposit fees. Any fees charged to us by the Homeowner’s Association will be charged to any guests not following the rules. Palisades Security will charge a fee of $500 if they are called due to any disturbances. The rules are put in place to keep this the beautiful, relaxing complex it is; they are mostly common sense. We have not had any issues.
