About:
Quaint cottage located just a third of a mile walk to charming Black Mountain. Three bedrooms (Queen, full, and twin) and one bathroom easily accessible on one level. Bring your pup to enjoy the large back yard or enjoy the sounds of the Flat Creek river in the back yard. We do not have direct river access from our yard, but you walk up the street to the Greenway Entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker to enjoy a cup of joe on the back deck overlooking the creek! Walk to the greenway entrance just three doors down. Only minutes away you will enjoy family-friendly waterfall hikes, many breweries and art galleries, fabulous local restaurants and the top tourist attraction, The Blue Ridge Parkway. Located just 15 minutes from Asheville, 20 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, and 45 minutes to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided.
Living Area, Kitchen & Dinning
The open floorplan of the main living area provides plenty of seating including barstools looking into the kitchen. Cozy up next to the electric fireplace on those chilly mountain nights. Dining table with seating for 5 in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The door in the kitchen leads to the wrap around deck with a propane grill and seating for alfresco dining! Board games, cards and books provided for rainy day fun!
Outdoor Area & Amenities
Parking for 3+ cars is available. The yard backs up to the Greenway. You can easily walk to the Greenway entrance which is just three doors down across from the Primary School. Down by the creek you can enjoy s'mores around the firepit with picnic table.
Bed & Bath
Three bedrooms and one bathroom on one level. One bedroom contains a twin bed and washer and dryer in the closet for use if needed during your stay. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full sized bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
