THE PROPERTY:
Our home is centrally located in the foothills between downtown Santa Barbara and the Mesa, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. It is just a 5-minute drive to both the beach and downtown, while still being tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that feels removed from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to easily walk or bike.
The neighborhood is lush, green, and quiet, with a relaxed coastal atmosphere.
The home itself is well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a fresh, airy, and modern feel. The space features Feng Shui–inspired decor that creates a harmonious and calming environment throughout, making it an ideal place to relax and recharge during your stay.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests are welcome to use their bedroom, attached bathroom, and private patio, offering a comfortable and independent stay.
For drinking water, guests are welcome to use the kitchen faucet, which is connected to a 7-stage reverse osmosis (RO) filtration system.
Kitchen access is limited to the water faucet area.

A few local gems worth the trip:
Mesa Lane Beach — known to locals as the "1,000 Steps." A scenic stairway down the bluffs leads to a quiet, beautiful stretch of sand with Channel Islands views. The climb back up doubles as the best free workout in town.
Elings Park — Santa Barbara's hilltop park with hiking trails, paragliders overhead, and sweeping ocean-and-mountain views. Sunset up here is hard to beat.
Great coffee — Caje Coffee Roasters (gorgeous courtyard) and Dawn Cafe are local favorites for a morning cup downtown.
House feel — This is a private room with its own bathroom and patio inside a lovingly kept, Feng Shui–inspired home. I keep the space calm and restful, so I just ask guests to be mindful of quiet hours in the evening. Two guests maximum.
