This recently renovated home in Great Waters welcomes guests with an open floor plan and coveted deep-water views of Lake Oconee, Georgia's second-largest lake that boasts 19,000 acres of freshwater therapy. The main level features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, farmhouse sink, and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop oven, and refrigerator/freezer. For java junkies, a Cuisinart drip coffee maker and a coffee grinder are available. Plenty of cookware (including two slow cookers) and serving ware will accommodate a romantic dinner in for two or a buffet for a hungry crowd. An adjacent dining table seats six, and two extra counter-height barstools welcome overflow. A wet bar quietly ensconced behind cabinets provides a delightful nook for adult beverages.
