Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Perfectly located one turn from Manatee Park with unreal riverfront setting and nature views. You can lounge inside the huge living room with TV, wrap around couch and pool table. Or eat with your friends & family at the dining room table or massive kitchen island. The outside is absolutely gorgeous and has a huge deck. There is a studio apartment included in your stay that sits just next to the main home.
The main home has 3 bedrooms equating to 1 king/1 daybed, 2 queens and 2 sets of bunk beds. There is an additional studio apartment sitting next to the home. It has a full bathroom and a king-sized bed.
There is a carport towards the front of the driveway that sits away from the house. This carport is not available for guest use. There are vehicles currently there.
Please note that the fireplace is non-operational, and the steam generator is no longer available to use. The awning does not open on the patio.

There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
$400 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
Please note that we allow early drop off but the drop off location is outside under the carport but it needs our authorization first so feel free to contact us.
Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.
Any events such as a wedding or reunion, but not limited to, will be subject to an event fee and a refundable deposit. No gatherings, weddings or the like are allowed at this home without prior approval.
